Maslenitsa - Russian Festival in London 2009

Maslenitsa marks the traditional Russian pre-lent celebrations. It's a longer version than Shrove Tuesady. It was a festival to welcome the arrival of Spring. It was possible to see dancers and singers performing. It was also possible to taste Russian food including Russian Pancakes.
